Finely slice ginger and coriander leaves.
Thickly cut green chillies.
Heat oil in a pot and add ginger/garlic paste.
When it starts to give fragrance, add meat and on a low flame cook for 1/2 an hour.
When meat becomes tender add yogurt, tomatoes, whole coriander seeds and turmeric powder,fry well.
When oil appears on the surface add cream, crushed peppercorns, ginger, hot spices, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Turn off the flame, delicious Baalti Gosht is ready.
Serve with ‘naans’.
