Ingredients

  • Carrots 2 (cut into square)
  • Capsicum 2 (cut into square)
  • Potatoes 3 (peeled, boiled and cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • Green chilies 6 slit
  • French beans 10 – 15 (cut into ½ inch pieces)
  • Onion 2 medium (boiled in ½ cup of water and ground)
  • Peas ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Cauliflower 1 small
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • All spice ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp heaped

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.

  2. Add boiled onion paste, cook till oil separates, do not brown the paste.

  3. Add salt, chili powder, coriander powder and tomato puree, cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add carrots, capsicum, small cauliflower, potatoes, peas and french beans with ½ cup of water.

  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Lastly add green chilies and all spice powder.
