Ingredients

  • Undercut steaks 2 (strips cut)
  • Onion 1
  • Mushroom 2 large
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Garlic minced 2 cloves
  • Parsley flakes 1 ½ tsp
  • Basil leaves 1 tsp (dried)
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp (dried)
  • Ginger ½ tsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Pickle 2 large
  • Parmesan cheese ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until slightly browned.

  2. Add undercut steaks, salt and cook until browned.

  3. Add all the spices and mix until combined.

  4. Add the cream, pickles, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix until combined.

  5. Turn heat down to simmer and cover.

  6. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cream has reduced and sauce has thickened.

  7. Serve steak cream sauce with mash or a jacket potato.
