A combination of chicken and salad. The warming flavour of Butter Chicken Roll is perfect to serve at a picnic or for a kid's party. You can also add cheese in it to make more versatile. Try making this Roll paratha at home.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Fresh cream ½ packet
  • Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Parathay 6 to 8
  • For salad:
  • Onions 2 (sliced)
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Mint ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. For Salad: In a bowl add sliced onion, lemon juice, salt, chopped mint and chopped green chilies to mix. Salad is ready.

  2. Wash chicken and add in bowl with papaya paste, ginger garlic paste and salt to mix.

  3. Now cook chicken in wok till water dries.

  4. Then add fresh cream, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, butter with oil to cook.

  5. Now place paratha and put chicken mixture in center with onion salad and roll it.

  6. Butter chicken roll is ready.
