Ingredients

  • Bean thread noodles 1 packet (soaked for 15 mins)
  • Chicken mince ¾ cup
  • Fish sauce 3 oz or 6 tbsp
  • Red onion ½ cup
  • Lime juice 9 tbsp
  • Plum tomatoes 4
  • Red bell pepper 1 medium
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Vinaigrette 5 tbsp
  • Dry chili pepper 2-3 sprinkles

Cooking Directions

  1. In a large pan bring boil into water and cook chicken mince then add noodles to tenderize add ½ water and mix.

  2. Now add fish sauce, vinaigrette and chili pepper, lime juice, red onion, plum tomatoes and red bell pepper.

  3. Mix well and serve.
