  • Margarine 60z
  • Caster sugar 60z
  • Flour 60z
  • Egg 3
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Orange zest 1 tsp
  • Orange juice 2 tbsp
  • For Filling
  • Whipped cream 80z
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Orange slice 80z
  • Orange / jam ¼ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix margarine with sugar, beat it.

  2. Add eggs one by one, beat, and sift the flour and baking powder.

  3. Add orange zest, juice, whisk thoroughly, and now pour the mixture in a greased fine tin, keep it in oven for 30 to 35 minutes on 180C.

  4. Let it cool. Cut cake in two halves.

  5. On one half spread lemon and then put another sponge on it.

  6. Whip the cream in lemon zest spread cream over top and sides of cake.

  7. Arrange orange slice and brush with jam.
