Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Egg 1
  • Potato 1 (boiled)
  • Breads slices 2
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash chicken and put in a pan.

  2. Add in water, whole red chilies, cumin seeds, salt, ginger, garlic and fennel seeds.

  3. Cook over medium flame till chicken is tender and water dries.

  4. Now shred the chicken and remove bones, put shredded chicken in chopper with bread slices and potato. Chopparize well.

  5. Now add chopped spring onion leaves.

  6. Also add egg and all spice.

  7. Mix well, make thick patties, shallow fry till golden brown.
