Ingredients

  • Beef 400 gm (cut into Strips)
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 3 (cut into Slices)
  • Carrot 2
  • Brown Sugar 2 tsp
  • Five Spice Powder ½ tsp
  • Red Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Fresh Red Chili 2
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Light Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil, fry beef strips for 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Add onion, garlic, and carrot.

  3. Fry for 1 minute more.

  4. Add soya sauce, brown sugar, red vinegar, five spices, salt, chili sauce, tomatoes, and red chilies.

  5. Cook for 2 minutes and turn the flame off.
