Ingredients

  • Cupcake 2
  • Banana sliced 1
  • Strawberries 4
  • Ice cream of choice 2 scopes
  • Chocolate chips or confetti as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Place the cupcakes on a saucer.

  2. Slice off the top of the cupcake to have a flat surface top.

  3. Place an ice cream scope on the flat cupcake top.

  4. Garnish with fruits and sprinkle chocolate chips.

  5. Serve chilled.
