Mix whole wheat flour and salt, add sufficient water and knead into a firm dough.
Cover and rest the dough for about fifteen minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan, add onions, tomatoes, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and stir well to mix.

Heat a tawa and cook each roti till both sides are evenly cooked.
Spread a teaspoonful of green coriander chutney over each roti.
Place a portion of paneer mixture at one end.
Sprinkle some sliced onions and roll up the roti.
Wrap in aluminium foil and serve immediately.
