In a vessel heat oil and fry the onion till golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Add the cut tomato, green chillis, meat and spinach.
Cook till meat becomes tender and the water dries up.
Serve hot with rice.
