Ingredients

  • Egg noddles 1 packet
  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum(chopped) 2
  • Cauliflower(fine chopped) 2
  • Spring onion(fine chopped) 6
  • Mushrooms(chopped) 1 cup
  • Carrots(roundly cut) 2
  • Ginger(fine chopped) 1 ts
  • Garlic(chopped) 5 cloves
  • Chicken powder 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 ts
  • Green chillies 6
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • Water 1.5 cup
  • Corn flour 2.5 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 3.5 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Fry the prawns in oil.

  2. Then fry all vegetables in oil.

  3. After that add pineapple juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.

  4. After that add cornflour to thicken the sauce.

  5. Then add noodles and mix well.

  6. Be careful not to mix hardly as it may break the noodles.
