Summer is here and it's time to think of ways to beat the heat. As we get good variety of mangoes in this season so it is the best time to avail it. Simple creamy and crytal free homemade ice cream for your children.

  • Mango pulp 1 ½ - 2 kg
  • Condense milk 1 tin
  • Fresh cream 2 packet
  • Milk powder 2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat together the mango pulp, condense milk, fresh cream and milk powder.

  2. Pour the mixture in to a bowl and cover and freeze.

  3. After 2 - 3 hours when mixture is partially frozen, beat mixture again and freeze.

  4. Repeat the beating procedure 3 times.

  5. Serve after 24 hours when ice cream is completely set.
