In a bowl mix together ginger garlic paste, oil, lemon juice, raw papaya paste and Worchester sauce.
Also add in mustard paste, all spice powder and star anise.
Then add onion, tomatoes, vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper powder, salt and chili powder.
Mix very well and marinate mutton ribs with this mixture.
Now wrap marinated mutton ribs with aluminum foil.
Grill on burning charcoals or bake in oven.
Cut iceberg, cucumber, tomato, carrot and beetroot into juliennes.
Spread chopped vegetables in a platter, remove aluminum foil and put grilled mutton on top of vegetables.
Serve with boiled rice or boiled pasta.
