Cheesecakes are really popular all over the world. Try out this recipe of bakes cheesecake with three layers.

  • For layer one:
  • Digestive biscuits 4
  • Gingerbread biscuits 1 thin
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Melted butter 40 gm
  • For layer two:
  • Eggs 4
  • Natural cream cheese 400 ml
  • Sugar 100 ml
  • Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
  • Blueberries 150 gm
  • For layer three:
  • Sour cream 100 ml
  • Creme fraiche 100 ml
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Crush biscuits in a blender or by hand. Mix in butter.

  2. Press out the mixture in a baking tin with the back of a spoon.

  3. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees C for 15 minutes.

  4. Combine eggs, white cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar to a smooth mixture. Fold in blueberries.

  5. Pour mixture on top of the pre-baked base and bake in middle of oven for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven when cake begins to rise.

  7. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes.

  8. Combine sour cream, creme fraiche, sugar and vanilla to a smooth mixture.

  9. Spread it carefully over the cooled cake.

  10. Place it in the oven and bake it for further five minutes.

  11. Allow to cool a little and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
