  • Palak(washed & cut into small pieces) 4 bunches
  • Chicken(with bones, cut in 1 1/2 pieces)300 gms
  • Onion(finely sliced) 1 medium size
  • Tomatoes(cut into pieces) 2 medium size
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Veg cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Green chillies(cut into small pieces) 2
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till golden brown.

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and chicken pieces.

  3. Fry a little and then add tomatoes, palak and green chillis.

  4. Cover and cook till the chicken is done and water dries up and oil floats on top.

  5. Serve with rice.
