Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, salt, all spice powder, corn flour, onions, turmeric powder, green chillies, food colour, egg and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
For Spice:
Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onions and fry till they turn light golden in color.
Add the chopped tomatoes with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, cashew nuts and fenugreek seeds.
Fry well and add ½ cup water.
Simmer for 5 minutes then add fried chicken pieces.
Take off flame, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
