Ingredients

  • Onion medium chopped 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Capsicum (cut in large square) 1/2 kg
  • Red chilli powder heaped 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes sliced 4
  • Curry leaves 20-25
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder roasted 1-1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok

  2. Put onion  and fry till light golden, add curry leaves saute it.

  3. Add tomatoes cook till soften.

  4. Put all spices and 1 cup of water fry well till oil appeares.

  5. Add capsicum and 1/4 cup water cover just for 1 minutes.

  6. Put tamarind juice and mix well.

  7. Serve with vegetables and daal.
