Ingredients

  • Raw mango 2
  • Cloves 4
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 4 to 6 cups
  • Wheat flour 3 tbsp
  • Ghee or oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add in 4 cloves and fry.

  2. Now add 2 raw mango cut into pieces, fry and remove.

  3. Add 3 tbsp wheat flour and fry well.

  4. Now remove pan from fire.

  5. Leave it for 5 minutes, add in 4 to 6 cups water and mix well.

  6. Now add raw mangoes and 1 cup sugar.

  7. Cook over low flame till sugar melts.

  8. Guramba is ready to serve.
