  • potatoes- 2 cups cut in bite size squares
  • green garden peas- 1 cup
  • eggs- 4 hard boiled
  • brown bread- 4 slices
  • low fat margerine softened
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon (opt)

Cooking Directions

  • Boil potatoes and peas and try to consume all the water added its much better to steam which i my self do cut bread slices in small pieces coat liberally with margerine and fry on both sides till crispy to make crutons (if you are not weight conscious like me deep fry them in oil) cut eggs in small pieces Combine all in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper I personally like a good squeeze of lemon but every one else in my family loves it with ketchup so you can try both Steaming hot i bet you cant resist the aroma
