Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 Kg (boneless)
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies paste 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 4 (finely cut)
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Onions 1 cup (finely cut)
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Coat chicken with corn flour, soya sauce and vinegar and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil; add curry leaves and fry till it gives off smoke.

  3. Add onion and fry till golden.

  4. Add ginger/garlic, red chillies and marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add ginger, green chillies, salt and honey and cook.

  6. Finally, add lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
