Heat up oil in a pan and fry onions with whole mixed spices till it turns golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder and salt. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add mince meat, mix well and cover with lid for 10 minutes.
Pour 1 cup water and add chopped dill and potatoes.
Cover with lid and let it cook till potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice powder over it.
Serve with naan or rooti.
