Wash chicken slit with knife.
Take little water, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste mix well rub on chicken put a side for 1 hour.
In a large bowl put tamarind juice, chat masala, salt, red chilli powder, a pinch zarda color, lemon juice,ginger garlic paste 2 tsp mix all spices well.
Marinate chicken in this mixed spices for at least 6 hours.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry.
To make Chutney: Blend together garlic, cummin seed, green chillies, salt and half cup of yogurt in a blender.
Add half cup of yogurt and mix well.
Serve hot with naan, chutney and salad.
