Ingredients

  • Prawns 300 gm (medium-sized)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Batter:
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Green chilies 2 tbsp (ground)
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • White pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate prawns with ginger, garlic paste and salt to taste.

  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, corn flour, eggs, green chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and salt to taste.

  3. Coat prawns with 1 cup plain flour and dip in the prepared mixture.

  4. Fry until golden brown and serve hot.
