  • Potatoes 1/2kg
  • Cauliflower 1/2 kg
  • Green chilli 4
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Whole chillies (crush with hand) 2
  • Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • All spices powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil put whole chillies, onion seeds, fenugreek and cumin seed cook for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add chilli flakes, salt, turmeric, all spices powder, curry leaves, green chillie mix and cook for a while.

  3. Cut potatoes and cauliflower.

  4. Put these vegetables in pan and mix then cook.

  5. Put 3-4 tbsp water cover lid and cook.

  6. Add tomatoes and steam till tomatoes mix well.

  7. Sprinkle julien ginger and coriander leaves.             

  8. Ready to serve.
