Baked Macaroni

In a large cooking pot boil the macaroni along with 2 tbsp of oil for 10 minutes.

Drain in a colander and put under running cold water.

Add little oil to and keep aside.

Fry the chicken cubes along with chopped garlic.

Meanwhile in a mixing bowl mix the bread crumbs with the egg white.

Now add corn, chopped capsicum, black pepper powder, and salt.

Fry for 1-2 minutes then add the macaroni along with the bread crumbs.

Fry more couple of minutes then turn the flame off.

Now grease a muffin baking tray and fill in the moulds with the macaroni.

Sprinkle grated cheese and crushed red chili on top.

Bake at 200C for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
