  • Egg plants/Baingan 1/2 kg
  • Green chillies 6
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seed 1 tbsp
  • Coconut (ground) 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Red chilli 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind and roast peanuts, sesame seed and poppy seed.

  2. Add water to make paste .

  3. Fill this paste in eggplants

  4. Heat oil put mustard and curry leave .

  5. Add egg plant and remaining paste and let it cook.

  6. Add tamarind juice and green chillies and serve.
