Add yeast and sugar to warm water and put aside.
When yeast is raised to desired consistency, add plain flour, salt and milk or water and knead into fine dough.
Wrap with a plastic sheet and keep in a warm place for 2 to 3 hours.
Then roll out equal portions of the dough and bake in a pre heated oven at 200c for 8 to 10 minutes.
When you see a change in color, brush some butter on top and bake again for 1 to 2 minutes.
