Hi.Average Ras Malai.atleast 15 mins ras ko doodh mein pakte rehna chaiye ta k ghotli ander na banay.Doodh dalne ki zaroorat nahi parni chaiye thi the quantities r not 100 percent.Mein batati ho ras malai ki exact quantities jo is ko try kare ga wo gulzar ki recipe ainda nahi banaye ga.1cup Maida,1tsp Backing powder,1tbsp Oil and 1 egg mix it well and 1 liter milk mein elaichi and 4 tbsp sugar dal ker boil anay per goliyan bna ker dal dein no need to cover or give any rest dhak ker 15 mins midium heat per pakne dein pistachio and cardamom powder dal ker serve chill you'll love it.Kiran from Dubai.
