  1. Guest, you have to be precise with the ingredient's ratio. Use proper measuring cups and spoons to measure the ingredients exactly because every cup and spoon has its own size according to its design. Make sure the egg your using isn't too large. If your rasmalai mixture seem to be too sticky, add a bit of more dry milk powder to it. After forming the rasmalai mixture in balls, leave it to set for 2 -3 minutes and then add them to milk.
