  6. yes u need to soak all daals before boiling them atelast for 2 hours, anyways i don't have ghota or wooden stick for grinding daals so its better to blend some daal with meat .

  7. Kya koyee plz mujhe ye bata sakta hai ke es video mein chef zakir ne all daals ko (Wheat,Masor daal,Moung daal) ko water mein pakaney sai pehlay bheego ke rukha tha ya nahin? Ya daals ko direct heavy based pan mein pakaya tha pan mein daals ko jaisa ke kaafi daire tak pakatey rahein ke all daals achi tarha se gal jaiy , plz kya koyee mujhe ye bata sakta hai plz plz
