The Chapli Kabab is a dish from Afghanistan and the NWFP of Pakistan. It is very popular in the cities of Kabul, Afghanistan as well as in cities of Pakistan such as Peshawar, Quetta, Lahore, and Karachi. It is one of the national dishes of Pashtuns. It is made of minced beef and is lightly spiced and cooked on a large flat griddle with animal fat.
