Lahori Butt ki Karahi

The food of Lahore is particularly known to have originally derived from the imperial kitchens of the Mughal Empire. In fact, its similarity to the Mughal cuisine has even essentially led it to be a virtual "twin version" of the style of food. Along with retaining its Punjabi and Persian heritage, it has borrowed elements from Pashto, Sindhi and North Indian cuisines as well.
