the recipe may be good, i don't know because i can't hear him but the camera angles are aweful. When the chef was cutting lettuce the camera was showing the bread pudding. His cutting was fast and steady, the camera should have captured that but instead it was showing that pale pudding which didnt look very appealing to me.
