  8. Shahnaz Mirza, the powder chef Afzal Nizami added to the water is tatri called "Citric Acid" in English. Retha is called "SoapNut / Soap Nut" in English. I think you will be able to buy it from an Indian drugstore or supermarket in USA or you can always buy it from an online drugstore.
