Chicken Ken Pao - Chef Muzammil of Karachi's popular restaurant, Lal Qila has shared with us this recipe. For Chicken Ken Pao, chicken is marinated in egg, sugar and corn flour. Chicken is first fried till golden brown. And then cooked with the rest of the ingredients in sauce. Malai Prawn - Prawns are cooked in Pakistani style with cream, yogurt and aromatic spices. Malai prawn has a very creamy taste, which is nicely taken up by dried fenugreek and curry leaves. Serve hot with rice.
