  2. kachori with aalo bhaji ing: boiled chickpeas 4-5 potatoes boiled and cubed (with peels) saunf 1 T. 1 t. zeera 1/4 t. kalonji 1/2 t. methi dana 1/2 t. rai red chilli powder 2 t. 1/2 t. huldi 1 t. b. pepper crushed 1/2 t. soda 1/2 c. vinegar green chillies yellow food colour method: heat a little oil in pot. add saunf, rai, methi dana, kalongi, zeera. stir a little. when they all start crackling add potatoes and chickpeas. mix thoroughly. add salt. add red chilli powder and black pepper. mix. add 1/2 t. huldi. add 1/4 t. yellow food colour. mix thoroughly. add a lot of water, atleast a jug. when water starts boiling, cover lid. lower flame and cook for a while. mash the potatoes and chickpeas a little with spoon when it starts boiling. add soda. cover lid again and cook. after cooking for a while add 3 T. vinegar and green chillied chopped. for kachori: 1 c. moong daal 2-3 cloves garlic 1 t. zeera 1 t. red chilli powder 1/2 t. salt mix all with 1/ 1 3/4 c. water and boil. try to evaporate all water. 3 c. aata 1 c. maida 1/2 t. soda 1 t. salt 1/2 t. ajwain 1 t. zeera 1 t. crush pepper 1/2 oil mix all and knead with water. make small ball and flatten it with ur hand. if u need use oil. put a little daal in center. fold sides and flatten the ball again with hand. make kachoris like this. heat oil and deep fry on moderate flame but not very high flame so they cook thoroughly.
