summary of Chinese Hot and Sour Soup & Szechwan or Szechuan Bon Bon

Common preparation techniques in Szechuan cuisine include stir frying, steaming and braising, but a complete list would include more than 20 distinct techniques. Beef is somewhat more common in Szechuan cuisine than it is in other Chinese cuisines, perhaps due to the prevalence of oxen in the region. Stir-fried beef is often cooked until chewy, while steamed beef is sometimes coated with rice flour to produce a very rich gravy.

  3. Amateurish production - rambling, too much wasted time - this is an internet streaming video, not TV - needs to be edited to one tenth the length - cut out 'khana pakhana' intro altogether and 90% of the irrelevant stuff the chef speaks

  8. poor guy does not know that chinese cooking uses til oil in almost all their cooking, it is better you know what are the different methods of cooking, instead of showing openly on the net that you are a fool and your language is very cheap, it shows you dont know the meaning of decency. even if the person who wrote the recipe is wrong (which he/she is not wrong) you have no right to use such cheap language, i really pity you and GOD save you man/woman
