Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice, Chicken Manchurian and Chicken Corn Soup

Fried rice is a popular component of Asian cuisine, especially Chinese food. It is made from rice stir-fried in a wok with other ingredients such as eggs and vegetables. Chicken Manchurian, Chinese food with a Desi twist (or is it Desi food with a Chinese twist?)! This wonderfully delicious recipe can also be made with cauliflower for vegetarians.
