Chicken Broast

though it is good recipe but not organized to understand I mean too much disturbance during preparing i made it easy through textpart 1red chili powder 1.5 tea spoonginger and garlic paste (six pieces of garlic and half inch ginger) 1 tea spoononion and garlic powder almost 1 tea spoonsalt 1.5 tea spoonvery less black paper powder white souce (sircaa) small quantity accourding to sour mixingmix and pour all obove things on chicken with skin pieces and keep it for a nightpart 2meydaa (white flour)almost 200 gram bread crum 100 grm (almost 4 tea spoon)onion and garlic powderblack paper (disirable)salt 0.5 tea spoon (half tea spoon)now mix part 2 all item together now take marinated chicken done in part 1 now coat part 2 item on chickenabout three time coating needed for better results use water spray to wet it and recoat itnow pour it in hot deep oil for cook till it gain red brown.now its ready to serve
