I liked your soan papdi video very much... i just wanna try at home.... i am still searching for liquid glucose which am unable to trace it any stores here.....Chef, I am interested to learn Kesar Badam Burfi..... which is usually prepared during diwali here .... i tired using condensed milk and didnt get the same texture as it is sold in sweet stall.... could u kindly upload the video showing the step by step preparation.....Awaiting for your reply Thanks and Warm RegardsGeetha Harish

  3. Thank you so much for uploading this video. Would the producers of the video please note that they should review the cooking procedure before hand and PREVENT callers talking to the chef at critical times. In this recipe the chef was prevented from describing the critical mixing of the melted sugar with the ghee mixture at 33:35. This step is critical to the success of the recipe yet no information about it was given. That omission makes the whole video useless. Instead the viewer was entertained by some noob asking about karary papar, what a pity, what a waste of time.

  10. Thank you kindly for Chef Nizami's Patisa video - seeing his technique finally makes sense of this wonderful dish. Is his recipe available in English? Almost all recipes I've found on the web are copies of a single "broken" recipe that is a guaranteed failure! I'm most interested in the temperature the sugar syrup is brought too before cooling.
