Fish in Banana Leaves and Khoya Malai Kulfi

You'll love this tender and wonderful-tasting baked fish. Slathered in a fragrant basil curry sauce, the fillet is then wrapped in banana leaves (OR tin foil/parchment paper) and baked in the oven.
