Kabsa and Mix Salad

Kabsa is traditional Arabian rice dish mostly served in family gathering. It is regarded as national dish of Saudi Arab. These dishes are mainly made from a mixture of spices, rice, meat and vegetable. There are many kinds of kabsa and each kind has uniqueness about it. Pre- mixed kabsa spices are now available in markets. The spices, rice and meat arranged with nuts, pine, almonds and raisins. It is usually served with chili sauce because it has a mild flavor.
