Chicken Shashlik, Vegetable Rice and Kairi Ka Khatta - Kairi ka khatta is very similar to raw mango pickle but its not pickle. Its prepared with much simpler method with only a few basic spices. Western Asia's skewered grilled Shashlik may be inspired from Turkish shish kebab but it is prepared with a much different method. For shashlik, meat marinated overnight in a strong acidic marinade.
