  2. I always enjoy cooking shows. Some information regarding names of ingredients for those who live outside of Pakistan & India. Naushader is sal ammonniac or ammonium chloride, just make sure it is food grade. In Pakistan there is no problem. (another piece of info, eat a pinch of it after you eat anything, it is very good for new nursing mothers, it prevents colic in babies of nursing mothers, don't give it to the baby). And Kababchini is Allspice in English, & is available very easily available in America & England.
