I love baking but this bread was a bit of disappointment. in the first place, either we need 4 bananas or should use a little banana essence with three bananas. also for the right sweetness as i felt the taste was a little bland, it should be half a cup of dark brown sugar than just a quarter!! i skipped the walnut base

  2. She's been my favourite chef for many years and I knew that only she could make this quick bread. But, to tell the truth, I was a little disappointed, I never knew making a quick bread could take that long. She mixed the ingredients like that of a cake. I personally make banana bread with whole wheat flour, and trust me, it doesn't require any beating or creaming the butter and sugar. She took so long in making the batter and explaining things, that in the end, she didn't even have time show us the end product.
