  6. In Qabili Pulao you put a tea spoon of sugar in the oil and heat it till it turns carmalized and that actually gives Qabili pulao its distinct flavour.

  15. He is very good Cook and excellent in his profession. However, not a good presenter as he talks too much and very frustrated when taking delay in explaining simple few sec stuff in couple of minutes... I do not have time to wait for his lecture... I just came from work and need to prepare my food in a quick manner.. Sorry do not mind shaikh... this is just my experience... your brother SM
