  • • If you put gram flour on fried food then they become crispy.

  • • Marinate chicken in Batter for 30 minutes before frying it. Then fry it in hot oil. This way batter wont get separate from chicken and it will get fried crispy.

  • ·         تلی ہوئی چیزوں پر چٹکی بھر بیسن چھڑک دیں تو چیزیں خستہ رہیں گی۔

  • ·         مرغی وغیرہ تلنے سے پہلے اس کو بیٹر میں ڈبو کر 30 منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔ پھر تیز گرم تیل میں تل لیں۔ اس طرح تلتے وقت مرغی سے بیٹر الگ نہیں ہوگا اور مرغی خستہ تلی جائے گی۔
