  • کٹی ہوئی پیاز کو جلدی بادامی کرنے کے لیے اسے دھوپ میں کچھ دیر سکھائیں۔ جب وہ سُوکھ جائے تو اسے تَل لیں۔ پیاز نہ صرف جلدی بادامی ہو جائے گی بلکہ خستہ ہو کر الگ الگ رہے گی۔
