A perfect recipe for Sunday breakfast! Often, your kids and husband desire something new and tasty breakfast food then you can try this healthy and very easy baked bread egg bowls recipe. Your family will definitely like it a lot!

  • Ingredients:

  • Crusty dinner rolls as required
    Eggs - One for each roll (large sized)
    Heavy cream - 1 tsp for each roll
    Parmesan cheese - grated
    Mixed Herbs - Parsley/chives/tarragon (chopped) 1 tsp for each roll
    Salt as per taste
    Pepper as per taste

  • Directions:

  • 1- Slice off top of each dinner roll.

  • 2- Then gently remove some bread to make a large enough hole to accommodate an egg.

  • 3- Now arrange all rolls on a baking sheet.

  • 4- Then crack the eggs and top each of them with herbs and cream.

  • 5- Season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parmesan.

  • 6- Now bake it for 20-25 minutes until bread is toasted and eggs are set at 350F degree in oven.

  • 7- After 20 minutes place the bread tops on baking sheet and wait till the become golden brown.

  • 8- Take it out from oven and wait for few minutes.

  • 9- Place tops on the rolls and serve them warm with some cold drinks.
